It has often been said that former President of the United States Bill Clinton can make a person feel as though they are the only one in the room when he is speaking to them.

Former U.S. Virgin Islands Senator Positive T. Nelson has the reverse ability: when he walks into the room, he captivates the imagination.

Or, at least, on January 11, 2019, he was the only person worth paying attention to. Dressed in a suit splashed with green to symbolize his professional dedication to cannabis advocacy, he cuts a dashing figure. A pin depicting the Lion of Judah, a symbol of his Rastafarian faith, is pinned to his lapel, nearer to his heart than any other article of jewelry.
