Infused Bulletproof Coffee Recipe: Energize Your Morning!

Talk about an amazing pick-me-up. This infused coffee is creamy, with a great mouth-feel — if I may use a slightly pretentious term. In this case, it works. Infused with Alter Farms’ Pineapple Thai flower, the effects were uplifting and energizing. I admit, I rolled myself a J and spent a few hours totally blissed out waiting for the infused butter to be just right. Thanks, Alter Farms — I needed that!

Bulletproof Coffee

Yield: 2 servings


2 cups hot coffee

2 teaspoons canna-butter

2 teaspoons MCT oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons sugar, optional


  1. In a blender, carefully combine all the ingredients and mix until well-blended and emulsified (two to three minutes.) Pour into mugs and enjoy!
